We are a NeuroRehabilitation service who run on a ‘not-for-profit’ basis for our local community.

We focus on empowering people with long-term neurological conditions to improve their health, independence and quality of life through exercise, peer support and rehabilitation therapies.

Our Services

Our aim is to make exercise and rehabilitation accessible to all and we offer a variety of ways to meet this following an individual assessment. This can be through 1:1 sessions, group sessions and/or with trained therapy assistants/specialist fitness instructors.

We have extensive links with NHS services and also independent specialist Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, Specialist Nurses and a Rehabilitation Consultant.

We can provide anything from one-off assessments and advice, to specialist exercise groups, to 7-day per week specialist inter-disciplinary team rehabilitation in patients’ homes to support discharge home from hospital.

Last year my condition deteriorated following a fall which resulted in a broken neck of femur and an operation. Kim came to my rescue again and her treatment and advice has helped me to regain what I lost following the fall.
I would certainly recommend Kim as a professional, knowledgeable, effective and caring neurological physiotherapist.
