These are free (or donation for tea/coffee and to the relevant charity sponsoring the session) and provide the opportunity to meet others with the same condition as you as well as meet an expert in that field. For example we have had visits from specialist Consultants, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, counsellors, life coaches.

Feedback has been very positive for these sessions where people have gained reassurance and strategies from people that really understand what life is like. Sessions so far have been for people with Transverse Myelitis, Functional Neurological Disorders, Foot Drop., Young Stroke, Long Covid
